Technical requirements for submersible pumps

2018/06/23

The submersible pump technology requires that the pump should adopt vertical coupling submersible pump; the submersible motor is directly connected with the impeller of the pump, and the hydraulic components are composed of the pump shell and the impeller. To ensure stable flow and no excessive swirl, hydraulic components should be designed and manufactured without sharp edges and corners. The pump outlet pipe flange should be in accordance with the nominal pressure 1MPa of ISO standard.
